Hearthstone have completed (over 3 phases/years)

Phase 1

• Re-Roofing of main Church Roof including Heritage gutters and downpipes.
• Coping stones and leadwork.
• Lead flat roof to Bell Tower and lime render to parapet.
• Removal of cement pointing, repointing in lime, crack repairs and Lime rendering Top section of Tower.
• Window head repairs.
• Remove and replace Existing Pinnacles.

Phase 2

• Removal of cement pointing, repointing in lime, crack repairs and Lime rendering remaining area of Tower.
• Remove cement based plaster from interior of Tower & replaster in Lime.
• Fit new ceiling in Tower and treat all timber in Tower for Woodworm.
• Re-wire Tower.

Phase 3

• Complete external rendering.
• Lower Ground Level to entrance and install watermain supply.
