The project generally comprises of the subdivision of a 3 storey period property and changing its use to a guest house and hostel.

Hearthstone works included building modifications, improvements, replacement and maintenance to facilitate the division on the period property including the installation of new kitchen, fireproofing works to doors and floors, lime mortar plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, paving, New cut stone garden enclosure walls and entrance walls/piers to complement the existing structure.

Hearthstone is the main contractor and fulfilled the role of PSCS.
